The FCC is requesting comments on the proposed re-auction of spectrum from a previous PCS auction.  The proposed auction is No. 71 and is scheduled to commence on May 16, 2007.

A total of 36 complete licenses are to be auctioned along with two partial markets.  Attachment A – Part 1 lists the areas available and whether the market is open or closed.  The closed markets are for “entrepreneurs” and must have gross revenues of less than $125 million for each of the last two years with assets less than $500 million.
