CSA
(Customer Service Area Designs)
- Preparation of CSA
designs to eliminate the use of loaded plant and provide the
transmission
objectives to meet the requirements of the 1996
Telecommunications Act.
- Develop subscriber
growth rates for use in sizing outside plant facilities within each CSA.
- Assistance in
determining the type of electronics to be deployed throughout the system
and
sizing of fiber and copper distribution to each electronics site and
customer.
- Preparation of
loan design and other studies to determine budgeting cost for the
borrower's
use in obtaining the necessary funding.
- Develop
construction schedules and other timelines for deployment.
