Project Coordination Monte R. Lee &
Company closely monitors and manages every phase of a project from
conception to completion and follow-up. The following items are the
responsibility of the project coordinator:
- Understand
and implement all plans and specifications.
- Develop
time schedules as contracts are initiated.
- Oversee
construction of a project.
- Act
as a liaison between the contractor and the client.
- Project
inspection and clean-up.
- Invoice
verification.
- Make
engineering aware of any problems with
implementing plans
and specifications for future improvement.
Monte
R. Lee & Company is aware that the best laid plans and engineering
are of little use without proper planning and coordination to make sure
all details have been addressed. The project coordinator is the one that
must carry out this task in a timely and professional manner.
