RUS Refinancing....

RUS has developed it's Rapid Refinance Guide to allow existing RUS Borrowers to  refinance any or all 

of their existing loans.

The information is fairly easy to compile and the current rates are available at : http://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/H15 .  The terms of the note cannot exceed the years remaining on the existing loan and a borrower cannot refinance FFB Loans.

Existing loans may have an early payment penalty so each loan will need to be examined.
